Red wine and grilled steak are a classic pairing, but man this was a good one.

I’ve had more luck finding wife-approved Chardonnay since the start of 2020 than in the previous 2 years, and the 2019 River Road Un-Oaked Chardonnay helped continue the trend.
I’ve been getting to try grapes that are new to me (or ones that I have rarely tried) more often of late, and if the Perricone is any indication–I need to do it more often.
