Light, slightly sweet white wine. Very refreshing on a hot day and excellent as a substitute for a Riesling or sweet Pinot Grigio. Pairs well with light faire or spicy food.
Recommendation: Being a big believer of enjoying a bottle of wine on the deck on a hot day, I really do recommend this wine to anybody that goes to Potomac Point. The hint of sweetness won’t turn off any but the most ardent red wine drinkers, and it’s ability to be paired with spicy food is a nice bonus. As we make our way into summer, I know this wine will keep ending up in my wine cellar, and I recommend it for yours as well.
